So I'll share the short story about why I created Safe Spaces and how I help people sell their homes and businesses.
Being a Real Estate Investor gives me freedom and flexibility to work when and where I want: in my own community and in those where my family and friends live. More importantly are the people I meet, and the absolute privilege of being able to help them with the life-changing decision of selling their home or business.

Note - Additional steps include a 60-day "Due Diligence" period and contract negotiations. The seller largely determines how long the process takes.
We buy homes and businesses in "as is" condition, so no repairs need to be made. An investment will be made later, to create beautiful, affordable homes, or to enhance an already strong business.
